The cons(if they can be called that). The macro fitting is a special fitting with small threads. I have seen the threads break and you need to get a new one or about $13. Sometimes it can be a SLIGHT hassle to turn on. But that is being VERY picky.
Something like the Bob Long cam drive is a very close competitor. A little easier to turn on and off, cheaper and the macro fitting is less expensive to replace.
All and all this is a fantastic On/Off and you cannot go wrong.
